Rhyme & Reason

A room to grow

Rhyme & Reason was born from a simple belief:

growth was never meant to be a solitary journey.

We live in a world that often celebrates individual achievement: becoming better, faster, stronger, more successful and more independent all at the same time. But the deepest forms of growth rarely happen alone. They happen through encounters: through conversations that challenge us, stories that move us, music that connects us, and spaces where we are invited to become more fully ourselves.

Rhyme & Reason exists to create those spaces.

A place where creativity and reflection meet. Where questions are welcomed. Where different perspectives can exist alongside one another. Where people can explore their voice, discover their gifts, and contribute something of their own.

Because growth is shared.

Plant seeds.

Grow roots.

Share fruit.

Meet the Founder

Hello there, I am Amara.

Rhyme & Reason was born from a personal longing: to create a space where people can experience deep connection, practice unconditional love, and discover the beauty of creating together. A place where curiosity is welcomed, every voice is heard, and where growth is something we share.

As an artist, I've spent years exploring what it means to express, connect, and create. My expression knows many different languages: movement, spoken word, song, writing, acting, directing… but the thread running through all of it has always been the same: helping people to connect to themselves, to each other, and to God.

I believe that we are created to be creative. I believe everyone has a voice worth discovering, and that the world becomes richer when we learn to use that voice from a place of truth, courage, and love. Just as a garden flourishes when every plant is given room to grow, I believe people flourish when they're given space to explore who they are and what they carry.

That is why Rhyme & Reason exists.

My hope is not simply to host events, but to cultivate a creative ecosystem where people can develop their gifts, encourage one another, and discover that growth was never meant to be a solitary journey.

Love & Blessings,

Amara Gabriëla van der Elst
